The Cruisery serves alcoholic beverages. All guests must comply with California law regarding alcohol consumption. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for alcohol service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or cannot provide valid identification.

We strictly adhere to California ABC regulations. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 21. Please drink responsibly.

We welcome well-behaved dogs in our outdoor areas in compliance with Santa Barbara County health regulations. Dog owners are responsible for their pets' behavior at all times. Dogs must remain leashed. We reserve the right to ask guests to remove pets that are disruptive or create safety concerns.

6. Skee Lodge & Special Events

Use of the Unbearable Skee Lodge and participation in special events is subject to additional rules communicated at the time of booking. Damage to equipment or property caused by guests may result in charges. We reserve the right to remove guests who are disruptive or fail to follow posted rules.
